Nov 12 - Exit Slip

I found it was very interesting how we talked about trusting science. It's an important topic to discuss that is crucial to have in mind when we teach and how we allow creativity in the classroom. It made me think that we don't teach critical thinking enough in the math classroom. Perhaps teaching simple logic would be the best regardless of the grade. This would also help in proving theorems later on.

Richard Feynman was mentioned and his video on discovering new laws is a good one when it comes to learning about the scientific method. The last bit where we talked about classroom management and how to deal with students was very interesting.
