One of the best examples how a leader can change everything. Hackworth takes over a platoon that was performing very poorly in the war in Vietnam.

A list of principles of leadership and how a leader should behave, focused on taking full responsibility of everything, with examples how they related to business. I believe they can also be related to teaching, which I will show.

One of the most amazing leaders of all time. This book was even made into the HBO series with the same name.
